Our firm is expanding our base of operations to include offices in downtown Lexington at 333 W. Vine Street, Suite 300.
With the addition of the Lexington location, as well as established offices in Cincinnati, Louisville, Indianapolis, Dayton, Columbus and Akron, our firm continues to grow as a leader in quality legal representation to clients across the region.
Joe Suhre, owner and principal attorney of the firm, has provided legal services to Kentuckians for the last several years out of Louisville, and decided it was time to put boots on the ground in Lexington. “Our success in Louisville, along with the pace at which our statewide practice was growing, necessitated it,” says Nathan Miller, managing attorney of the Louisville office. He added, “The need for criminal defense services has increased over the years. Statistics show violent crime stayed about the same from 2014-2018, drug arrests skyrocketed during the same period from 1,322 to 2,407.”
The growing need for legal representation across the state led to the hiring of attorney Brad Clark in the Lexington office, who has established himself as one of the most respected attorneys in the region. “It’s a very interesting point in time not just for me coming on board at Suhre, but the Commonwealth as a whole. Recent events in major cities like Louisville and Lexington, as well as COVID-19, have really shaken up the criminal justice system.” Mr. Clark added, “Joe’s on the cutting edge of not only providing quality legal service, but the methods he employs to facilitate it. The firm’s use of social media, case management software, and focus on client-centered representation are things I’m passionate about, and I’m looking forward to helping them grow and improve those systems.”
